The famous annual GTI meet takes place by Austria's Wörthersee lake, also pulling many Audi fans from all over Europe. This year, they will be treated to a special attraction in the form of a customised Audi Q5. The engineers in Ingolstadt came up with the really sporty 21"-wheeled Q5 Custom Concept specially for the event. By comparison with the series model, the track width has been increased by 90mm and the body lowered by 60mm. The three-litre TFSI-V6 was tuned up to put out 408bhp, getting the Q5 from 0 to 60 in just 4.4 seconds with the speed limiter set at just over 150mph.Audi UK car
Design-wise, this Q5 is painted in the colour "Daytona grey" and has a one-off "Wörthersee 09" internal décor. Audi also have more to put on show at the traditional Austrian tuner meet, by way of reminding people of their marque's 100-year anniversary. The Audi A1 Sportback mini concept car and new Audi TT RS - as well as the ten-cylinder version of the Audi R8 supercar - will also be in attendance.
